Meet our Ambassador for East Asia Hubert Shin
Hubert Shin has been working in Samsung SDS for 16 years as a developer, software architect, project manager, agile coach and product director.
From his early career, Hubert had a big dream that he wanted to achieve in his career. If he wanted to settle agile ways of work well in Samsung, other companies in Korea will follow because Samsung is the biggest influential company in Korea. And then it will happen to startups and midsize companies. And even to the schools in Korea.
With this motivation, he tried 3 big enterprise wide agile transformations in Samsung SDS.
As a result, in 2015, the most exciting thing happened to his life. He succeeded to create a team called ACT(Agile Core Team) which was the agile center of excellence in Samsung.
Now he changed into a product director of a brand new collaboration tool. (https://marimba.team) . Continuing his journey with agile.

Meet our Ambassador for Southern Europe Ilias Mamalis
Ilias follows his agile roadmap working as Agile Coach in Greece. With about 15+ years of experience in the Software Industry currently he is running agile transformations helping software teams and professionals to become more effective and efficient. Acting as servant leader he builds agile-based teams around motivated people instilling a mindset of strong people focus and continuous learning and improvement.
He is passionate with an agile mindset, culture and practises and he is an active member of agile communities.
Coaching teams on agile principles, values and practices
Spreading agile across the organization.
Coordinating with other delivery and engineering leads to identify and manage cross team dependencies
Facilitating all process events (plannings, retrospectives, backlog refinements, sprint reviews etc.)
