How to conduct an agile assessment?

February 21, 2021 By Ashish Kulkarni

How to conduct an agile assessment at Agile20Reflect Festival

Agile maturity assessments provide a way for organizations to evaluate the effectiveness and adoption of agile practices. Assessments can be inputs as a quantitative measure for retrospectives at the program or team level. The house of lean and the agile manifesto emphasize that relentless improvement is critical to success. Agile maturity assessments can help with that discussion. Assessments are not designed to be used as a measuring rod for discipline or rewards rather it is a way for an organization to foster a mindset of relentless improvement.

In this event we are going to explore how to use a FREE online agility assessment tool to manage an online assessment.

This is a hands on step by step event on how to use the tool and facilitate events around discussion AMA findings.

Outcome:
At the end of this event you will be able to execute an assessment at your organization. (this is a hands on event, FREE online tool for all attendees)

Free to Everyone: This is a huge free Festival of events and activities occurring in Feb 2021, created by local groups and organisations across the globe, supported by Community volunteers! This is Especially important in the current financial recession and mass layoffs.

Thanks Stuart Young.
