Richard Cornelius

Richard Cornelius Agile20Reflect Festival Advisor

Richard is a lean-agile transformation specialist, preferring to build continual learning organisations, leading IT and business agility transformations that are aligned to both organisational and cultural needs, rather than impose any specific framework or a fixed scope transformation.

His personal lean-agile journey started in the early 1990’s with lean improvements and subsequently built on that with various agile and scaled agile frameworks, systems thinking, theory of constraints, Agendashift partner etc.

Whilst having this wide spread of knowledge over many years, he loves being a practitioner, especially as a culture hack, passionate about people and their ways of working, whilst comfortable working strategically with executive and senior management or creating and improving development teams.

His role for the Agile20reflect is primarily as an Advisor, using his broad experience to take a wide view rather than delving deeply into any circle. He is also active in the Risk Circle, again taking a pro-active approach to building resilience and robustness.
