Meet our Ambassador for Nepal Abhigya Pokharel

With an experience of more than 11 years in the Telecommunication industry, Abhigya Pokharel is a seasoned Sr. Project Manager at Ncell, Axiata. With expertise in Project and Portfolio Management and Agile Transformation, Abhigya is an accomplished servant leader and a certified coach capable of delivering large scale projects by effectively collaborating, facilitating, leading and coaching teams.

An Agilist by heart who believes in ‘Being Agile and Doing Agile’, Abhigya is an international speaker, who has spoken in various international conferences on Personal Agility, Agile Transformation and Cargo Cult Agile. An Agile Scout who runs workshops on Agile practices and culture, Abhigya shares her experiences within and outside of her organization.
