Mike Carew
Michael CarewMike is the EMEA Delivery Director for Cprime. Mike is an Agilist and Lean practitioner of deep experience. I have introduced agile to a number of organisations at the scrum and team level. In addition I have introduced or advanced scaled lean/agile behaviour in a number of other companies including government and highly regulated businesses.

Mike has been a speaker at a number of agile events. Training is something I enjoy along with helping people understand what agile can do for them and their companies.

  • I do maintain a personal blog at mikecarew.orgĀ
  • Delivery Director and Agile Coach at Cprime Inc
  • 40+ years experience across spectrum of industries
  • Participated in a variety of roles from Developer, Architect, Company Director, Group Manager to Agile Coach
  • Worked with over 30 organisations to assist with agile journeys
  • Has guided transformations that involve technical and business teams

Experience

Mike discovered Agile while working with Robert Martin and James Grenning at Teradyne. Mentioned in the book, Clean Code. A major influence occurred in the last year of my employment at Teradyne when I took a course taught by D Edward Deming. Inspirational to say the least.
