Awareness to Act: Unlock Your Influence

Whether you’re trying to figure out how to help your team improve, manage stakeholder input, or mentor a leader, the keys to unlocking your influence are increased awareness, open analysis, and intentional action. Come learn about and apply the Awareness to Act Canvas and the set of skills it prompts you to use. You’ll be able to build a backlog of targeted, impactful actions, and then use the canvas to see the impact. With some focused and intentional effort, you can increase your awareness to enlarge your influence.

Mindfulness – A Journey into your mind through attention

So we will focus on starting to pay attention or raising awareness to what is happening within and around us. We will end the session by taking home some exercises that you will be able to practice on your own.
