Mindfulness – A Journey into your mind through attention

This talk is about attention, and the objective is basically to wake up. We live through our lives mainly without actually paying attention to what our experiences consist of. So we will focus on starting to pay attention or raising awareness to what is happening within and around us. We will end the session by taking home some exercises that you will be able to practice on your own.
