AGILITY BOOSTER: A TOOL to SHOW YOU WHERE and HOW to START

February 22, 2021 By Anurag Shrivastava

Agile transformations usually start by running agile teams in IT departments. And this ‘copy-paste concept’ makes it impossible to define and focus on the leverage projects leading to real Business Agility for that organization.

Every company is unique!

In order to leverage the hidden potential fastly and in the most effective way; we need to lead this change in a holistic way; taking into consideration the Strategy, Structure and Culture of that organization.

In this meeting we will help you to find:

Holistic business perspective to analyse ‘As Is’ & prepare ‘To Be’
Articulation of purpose and the level of strategy alignment
Unique strengths and perceived challenging barriers
Drivers to be more customer centric
Customized roadmap to close the alignment gap
‘Real’ motivation factors to create the commitment

February 19, 2021 By Anurag Shrivastava

In this webinar, Mirko Kliener shares the story of how he helped the team at Swiss Casinos set a new World Record in the successful procurement of their new ERP system in just 4 weeks. This is normally a process that takes between 6 to 12 months, but they found ways to shorten the time to record levels and in doing so won the prestigious World Procurement Award. Join this webinar to learn how you can speed up your procurement process as Mirko shares an honest assessment of the success criteria as well as the hick-ups and learnings from along the way. And, the question to ask yourself is: How do I negotiate based on Agile Values?

You will also get a quick overview of the practice during the procurement process that illustrates the Agile Contracting Principle ”seeing is believing”.

OKRs AT THE CENTER – How a Courageous Approach to Goalsetting can Develop your Organization

February 18, 2021 By Anurag Shrivastava

Many companies these days start to experiment with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to follow promises of higher performance, better alignment and even a new culture of collaboration. After the first enthusiastic steps (or quarters) the glamour often fades and frustration sets in: the alignment process takes way too long, the focus is not clearly given and outcome-orientation is still a buzzword.
Are OKRs maybe overrated? Or what does it take to really change the way we work with goals to develop our organizations?

Upplevelser av uppskalning – Vilka effekter får det Agila arbetssättet i stor skala?

February 18, 2021 By Anurag Shrivastava
