We’d like to invite Scaled Agile practitioners and colleagues who think of using it to attend an open discussion about SAFe difficulties and remedies against them.

Do not expect any lectures and one mind opinions 😉 We arrange an open discussion where each participant can share his or her experience and ask SAFe colleagues how they cope with similar problems.

What should you expect?
The event will be in a lean coffee format. We’ll start with topics from the attendees. Vote for their priority. And then will fall into finding solutions and sharing ideas moving from one topic to another.

To provide a smooth kickoff we asked several volunteers to start the session. Here they are:

Why can it be interesting to you?
Well. SAFe practices are as different as organizations. We learn the same theory but in practice, the issues could be seen as unique. It may be helpful to understand what companies use SAFe, where they use it efficiently and how they put SAFe into practice and improve their experience.
