Meet our Ambassador for North-West Russia Alexey Vasilyev

Alexey – trainer-consultant, Agile/XP coach, managing partner of the company which develops  project management system BIPULSE.RU (http://bipulse.ru). He is engaged in pulling IT companies and projects out of the crisis, deploying Agile processes and project management to achieve the goals of the owners. Coordinates the Saint-Petersburg Software project managers Club (Spb SPM Club).

He began to apply and promote Agile since its appearance in Russia in  2001. When appeared  translated books on the discipline Extreme Programming. Over 20 years of adaptation and application of Agile and finding better ways to deliver value, He has found how to combine Agile with project management and Theory of Constraints to take into account the company’s external obligations, internal uncertainty of projects and the human factor. The result of this merge is published as Method “Pulse Management”  – how to manage project company to deliver all projects on time in full (pulsemanagement.org)

Meet our Ambassador for Vietnam Dr Cherry Vu

Dr Cherry Vu (T.S. Vũ Anh Đào) is an expert on Agile Enterprise, training leaders and managers in New Zealand and Vietnam. She is a consulting professional with a PhD in Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington, Master of Public Management from Potsdam, Germany; and Vietnamese degrees in Law, English, and Culture.

She is a member of Lean In Agile “LIA 100”, the list of 100 women making significant contributions in Lean and Agile spaces across the globe.

Cherry is an international thought leader in agile enterprise, the founder and leader of Business Agility Vietnam. She is leading the introduction of enterprise agility concepts into Vietnam and helping the country’s business community to apply them. She is very successful in consulting and coaching her clients to advance themselves from the conventional ways of working and managing to new ways. She brings new ideas to the business to produce “better results, better lives and better society” (the motto of Teal Unicorn, her consulting brand together with her husband, Rob England).

Cherry is a co-author of several books including The agile (small “a”) Manager; The Epic Failures in DevsecOps 2; The Jigsaw Organization – putting the pieces back together; and a forthcoming book: The agile Parenting.

Tony is passionate about creative problem solving and in continuous improvement journeys using Scrum. He believes in empowering individuals and teams in self-organization with the goals of achieving results in line with the organization’s values, principles, and business objectives.

With a software engineering background and experience in domains of quality assurance, development, product management, and organization development, Tony is a Professional Scrum Trainer, he has a deep technical understanding and is able to coach development teams on software engineering practices.

Tony believes in achieving simple solutions with creating a better professional world. He promotes courage and trust in teams to increase transparency required for inspection and adaptation towards the shared goal.

Agile20Relfect Ambassadors Connect with Agile Leaders and Managers Meetup London UK

Our ambassadors Shane Gallen (Ireland), MIMI MANLY-OSEI (DipHE, CTFL, PSM1) (England), and Jak Mohammed (Northern Europe) joined the Agile Leaders and Managers Community last Thursday 10th December 2020.

They introduced the festival and explored some of the community’s ideas for potential events for Agile20Reflect Festival February 2021.
