Agile Manifesto

February 20, 2021 By Anurag Shrivastava

Global Agile Community Clinic: The Enigma of Agile

February 18, 2021 By Anurag Shrivastava

“Learning is the engine of practice, and practice is the history of that learning.”―Étienne Wenger, Communities of Practice: Learning, Meaning, and Identity

Facilitators: Anne-Marie, Freya, and Haroon are Scrum masters and agile coaches passionate about agility and what it means to people working in highly complex and adaptive environments. They are members of global Agile, Scrum, and Kanban communities and also co-organise events based in the UK with global reach.

Working remotely has given all of us a lifeline to stay connected and not feel so lonely and share our experiences.

Purpose: This event will aim to create the space to share the value of creating agile communities of learning; encourage different perspectives to emerge; enable ways to challenge our views in a safe yet brave environment; experiment with new ideas; and help reflect together about the Agile manifesto and what it means to us going forward.

“They come together without hierarchy in order to learn about their area of focus.” ―Emily Webber

We want to embody the above quote from Emily Webber to sense check where we are and what we think the Agile manifesto in future may look like, given that it’s been 20 years+ since its inception. We will improvise with remote games and group exercises during the session to help make it fun and creative, and perhaps impromptu.

Target audience: Scrum masters, agile coaches, servant leaders, product owners, product managers, leadership, and anyone else.
