They went on to record successes with some other states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, securing Lands without financial cost to the organisation, as one of their fundamental approaches to delivering social housing. She moved on at the end of 2015, away from social housing, focusing on all things leading to the production of sustainable housing; a housing approach focused on using sustainable materials in the housing production process. Being that power supply was and still is a major challenge in Nigeria, they focused on the use of solar as a major source of energy and an important theme in the design and construction of houses for their clients. Grace’s duties quickly changed overtime to Interfacing with investors, the government of states in Nigeria and clients.
Yusuf is a generalist consultant, with a 25 year track record in using systems theory, complexity and Agile to help clients transform & change, from small startups to global giants that create our wealth, fuel our economies and have products in all our homes. A realisation that great CEO’s and leaders empower first has shifted more and more of his thinking to the Agile way of operating, with the strong belief that no problem is insurmountable if we understand that ten brains are better than one.
