Why are so Many Agile Coaches Dyslexic? Come to the Party and Find out!!

February 6, 2021 By Scott Seivwright

Party picture of a sun set

Why are so many Agile Coaches Dyslexic?
What is it about Agile that helps Dyslexics Thrive!
What superpowers does Agile release!

When we all got together to decide to set up the Agile2oReflect festival we quickly found out that a sizeable number of agile enthusiasts were dyslexic. It was remarkable! Even within the Festivals Trustees there are 4 of us. So this is a call out to drop your Dyslexia shame and come and explore the superpowers that you have!

This an open event for Agile practitioners with Dyslexia to come and share their experiences.

This will have break out session where we will debate and visualise the common advantages and disadvantages of Dyslexia.

Come join the conversation and learn from others and release your super powers. Let us really support the discovery of the amazing benefits of Agility.

Bring a beverage (Sadly BYOB) and meet new friends.

Your Party Host’s are
Sabrina Bruce

Having over 9 years’ experience in Project Management and Agile Delivery, I am confident in communicating with stakeholders to ensure software delivered meets business requirements and is fit for purpose. I have a track record for training and enhancing Scrum Teams in agile principles, who may or may not have a traditional waterfall background, enabling them to select methodologies to work more efficiently and continue to set expectations. I have been coaching and training using many different agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, ScrumBan as well as having experience in scaling agile using the LeSS framework. I regularly keep up to date with new agile ways of working and attend the scrum alliance conferences. Agile is not just a job for me it’s a passion.
