Archiving your event
Organisers have agreed to supply a copy of their event (Video, Audio and Images) for the Festival Archive.
To arrange transfer of files please email a link to your storage or set up a WeTranfer (this can be done free, without an account) to Archiving within 3 days of the event.

This is so we can share it across the world freely. It is our Agile community’s gift to learning. What a wonderful archive of your work and what we do that will be available for researchers and people all over the world for the future.
Obviously if you are doing small group work you don’t have to send the video, and we make no claim to the material or the intellectual property rights. we will just share what you share with us as a huge gift to the world.

How do we plan to do this mammoth task?
We have a plan! It’s adaptable and open to change as we are trying to maintain two key principles, “it’s a FREE Festival” and “how to keep things FREE”. After that we will deliver an Archive UI. We are still investigating translations and subtitles, if you have experience in this area and can help please join the Archiving Team through SLACK.
