A lo largo de mi experiencia he tenido la oportunidad de trabajar con muchos equipos de producto y un patrón que se repite es que el entendimiento del ciclo Build – Measure – Learn facilita y promueve la experimentación e innovación y ayuda a formar equipos de alto rendimiento. Compartiré algunas ideas de prácticas a incluir en el equipo que hacen posible que la innovación sea una parte fundamental del día a día y tener claro el impacto que pueden tener dichas prácticas en la construcción de productos digitales de primer nivel. Utilizaremos algunas herramientas interactivas como menti, por lo que se recomienda tener un teléfono celular a mano.
