Lean-agile prioritization: the SAFe City simulation

The best way to create more value is not by working harder, but by prioritizing better. Do the most valuable work first. Take into account urgency. Think about the opportunities the finished work will generate.

Mark Richards developed SAFe-City, a non-technical simulation of the SAFe-approach to prioritization and planning. We have been doing the SAFe City Simulation in different settings, using printed cards. But we have now developed an on-line version and we are keen to share it with you.

So if you have a couple of hours to spare and do not mind another Zoom session – yes, I know – then register, alone or with a bunch of colleagues.
