Meet our Ambassador for Costa Rica Mauricio Robles

Mauricio Robles is focused on Agile Coaching, developing and training teams in Software Development, Customer Service, Financial Operation and Accounting.  Mauricio gathers over 20 years of Project Management experience which later lead to the IT Industry and Finance.  Currently he is working at World Fuel Services, coaching teams through the implementation of Agile practices in locations such as Costa Rica, Mexico and several cities in the United States.

Mauricio also works as a volunteer of the Scrum Alliance in the Coaching Advisory Team which has the mission to provide Agile Coaches around the world with tools and events to support their growth such as the Agile Coaching Retreat Live Online.  Aligned with this goal, he co-created the Slack workspace and MeetUp group for the Latin Agile Coaching community called “Círculos de Agile Coaching” which holds regular MeetUp events.
