Agile management is first of all a cultural and mindset change but not only… Does it require new or specific competencies? If so, which? And how to achieve them?

In this session we will try to answer to these questions. We will start introducing the topics, but things will get interactive with your help. The results will probably be a map of needed competencies and a map of existing Agile qualifications. Join to help us and let’s see!
