Agile in the Wild, Complementing Agile with Wildlife Conservation

February 12, 2021 By Anurag Shrivastava

Agile in the Wild, Complementing Agile with Wildlife Conservation Agile20Reflect Festival

Only the agile species will survive Digital Transformation…
We are living in a VUCA (Volatile,  Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world. This necessitates organizations being able to respond and adapt quickly to rapid changes in customer needs, competition, technological advancements and regulations. Now more than ever organizations need to cultivate an agile mindset in order to realize organizational agility i.e. “the ability to quickly reconfigure strategy, structure, processes, people, and technology toward value-creating and value-protecting opportunities”. The Agile Manifesto provides the foundation through a pair of four agile values and twelve Agile Principles which define the agile way of working.
Join Agile Mavericks in the Agile20 Reflect Festival as it recounts adventures in Kenya’s Maasai Mara exploring lions and their prey while complementing agile with wildlife conservation and social impact efforts through girls’ empowerment and kids for conservation. Truly “It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one more responsive to change.” Charles Darwin.
