Psychological Safety in Remote Teams – Squaring the Circle?
February 10 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm CET

Agile Coaching Exchange Austria hosting Joseph Pelrine and Jasmine Zahno for an online interactive workshop.
Psychological safety is one of the current buzzwords in business. At the latest since the last conferences, most Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches have learned that a “high performance team” also has to demonstrate a high level of psychological safety. But: how can we establish this safety?
This task, which is challenging enough when working face-to-face, is even more challenging in remote teams. The question of how we can promote and enable psychological safety in (remote) teams – and why it is so difficult to establish it – still remains a mystery despite the large number of great contributions of late.
In this session, we want to dedicate ourselves to the topic of psychological safety, take a closer look at the theory and explore together how we can create it in our teams.
Warning: For those who just like to listen and consume, this evening will be less enjoyable. We will spend a lively time with short theoretical impulses, exchange and interaction.
