Optimising for HUMANS in your Agile approach
February 11 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm GMT

Join me and others for a journey into the past to the present and an eye to the future to see the consequence of being able to express our humanity in our work, and the pressures that have been broth to bear to remove it.
Agile20 reflect is the perfect place for this as this is as much a reflection on our history and ourselves as it is a place to pick up new information to help you going forwards.
So grab yourself a hot chocolate and a comfy chair and settle in.
For those that don’t know me I am an experienced coach, practitioner, speaker and trainer in enterprise Business Agility adoption and have spent much of the past fifteen years supporting large organisations in their journey towards true Business Agility covering Agile frameworks, Lean UX Product Management and DevOps.
For me, Business Agility is about adapting values, behaviours and ways of working to account for systems thinking, complexity theory and the fundamentals of how we, as people, respond to our work. Becoming Agile is the result of mutually supportive bottom up and top down endeavours.
However most of the above is easily forgotten, what people remember are the shirts.
