Living Appreciatively Seeing the Positive in Life
February 11 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm CST

Discover the delights of Appreciative Inquiry! Join Dr. Jill Greenbaum to explore a new lens for viewing all the parts of your world. Learn the five principles of AI and begin to apply them to your life—both work and personal—immediately. In this interactive session, be ready to engage with the work and play of seeing yourself, others, projects, and situations differently. We’ll also engage in visual storytelling with an appreciative eye. (No worries if you feel you have beginner drawing skills—this is more about the essence of your story.) You will walk away from our time together with a new model for experiencing the world and new skills that you can use every day!
Here’s a suggestion for what to have on hand: a black permanent-ink marker, some light/highlighter markers, and printer paper for note-making and perhaps a wee bit of drawing.
Jill is the US-based trainer for bikablo, the German system for graphic recording and visualization. For the past twenty years, Jill has grown her instructional design, speaking, and coaching firm. Her passion is integrating my academic skills with her desire for perpetual learning—from CoachU and Martin Seligman’s Authentic Happiness Coaching Program, Points of You, mindfulness, EFT, and nonviolent communication. She creates bespoke sessions for people in corporate, government, nonprofit, and education environments. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in child psychology and bilingual special education, respectively, and a doctorate in curriculum development from Teachers College, Columbia University.
This bonus session is hosted by Agile Austin Coaching Group as part of the Agile20Reflect Festival. It will be recorded and posted to YouTube upon completion.
