Escape Inmates Aren’t So Bad – Leading an Agile Team Successfully
February 23 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm CST

Managers that aren’t familiar with Agile may look in from the outside to an Agile run team and wonder “why are you letting the team decide!?” In the past VPs have literally said to me: “this is letting the inmates run the asylum”. In my experience, it is a great idea! I have had a great example of taking on the responsibility of a team that was run by a very intelligent IT leader. However this team was failing horribly, team members were frustrated and internal and external clients dissatisfied. I stepped in using these steps and within 6 months the whole team had turned around and running successfully. I am happy to share these steps with you to apply to your team.
