He is passionate about developing the capability of individuals, teams, and organizations through coaching, consulting, training, and mentoring. He is an ICAgile authorized instructor, SAFe SPC, Certified Agile Leader, and NLP Coach.
Rohit, based in Leeds, UK, currently works as an Agile and Professional coach with leaders, teams, and individuals, helping them achieve their goals and build a growth mindset. He has experience working with co-located, distributed, and fully remote teams as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. He is a Certified Team Coach (CTC) and Certified Agile Leader (CAL) from the Scrum Alliance and has worked in different industries including BFSI, Telecom, and Manufacturing.
