An overview of Disciplined Agile will be provided in a 45 minute session with our DA Champions from both Lakeshore and Toronto Chapters.
The Overview will help participants understand how the Disciplined Agile Toolkit came to be and why using it can accelerate the benefits of Agile through Guided Continuous Improvement.
Audience members will be able to ask questions to better understand the journey to understanding and leveraging Disciplined Agile as well as certification and what various chapters are doing to integrate Agile and Project Management practices.
