EVDnC: Extreme Value – Driven Coaching

February 5, 2021 By Anurag Shrivastava

EVDnC (Extreme Value-driven Coaching, pronounced “evidence”) is a innovative Agile coaching technique based on fast paced Scrum, Lean and Lean Startup. It can be used by Agile Coaches, ScrumMasters and other people well knowledgeable of Agile who want to boost the efficiency of Agile teams, so they can quickly learn, feel and show the benefits of Agile approaches. EVDnC produces those visible results very, very fast, proving the point for the team and the organization in a single week of intensive work, easing the Agile transformation. One day Sprints are run and a high value product is released at the end of the week. Business needs are sliced in very, very small valuable slices and prioritized as needed to deliver value to the customer as quickly as possible. Business and devs intensively collaborate throughout the week, strictly focused on customer value.

In this session, we will present EVDnC along with a case study in a company where EVDnC was used simultaneously with three teams, each one of them creating a high-value product.

O que a audiência vai aprender nessa sessão?
– learn EVDnC, a coaching technique that can boost in a very short timescale the efficiency of Agile teams
– learn how to use EVDnC with teams they work with, either as Agile Coaches, as ScrumMasters or even as dev team members. EVDnC has shown to accelerate the Agile Coaching process, creating awareness of the techniques and proving very fast a lot of points (for both the team and the organization), necessary for the success of Agile adoption.
– an overview of the main practices involved and understand how they work well together in an intensive approach with serious time constraints.
