We hope to use the platform as an opportunity to create more awareness and Promote Agile for good governance in Nigeria. This event is co-hosted with Scott ✌️♥️🏴‍☠️ Seivwright

When the 17 writers of the original Agile Manifesto came together 20 years ago to resolve a common problem – little did they know they were starting a movement that would re-ignite humanity.

Today I am proud to be an Agilist that continues to grow in the right mindset that Agile promotes. I am particularly grateful for the amazing Agile communities around the world doing great things to further push the agenda for Agility for Humanity.

Lean Coffee is structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather and prioritize, collaborate, follow-up, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated. Lean Coffee is a powerful meeting facilitation technique that can be used in coffee shops, conferences, open space, Scrum events or simply replace existing corporate meeting formats. Lean Coffee is easy to learn, empowers participants and increases engagement. It is also fun as it allows for a free flow of discussions!
