To fill in some spaces in our understanding the what, the why and the how of Mob Programming (also known by the name “Ensemble Programing”) our speaker for February will be Bob Allen.
Bio:
Bob runs multiple mob programming sessions every month, both as a contract technical coach, and as someone that runs free-to-all workshops outside of the work-a-day. In 2020, our speaker helped to bring about the first ever Global Day of MobRetreat, 9 events in all taking, place over 3 continents, and is co-creator of the MobRetreat workshop format.
