The Silent Majority: Why Agile Needs a Hard Pivot
February 18 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST

Many of the authors of the Agile Manifesto have voiced concern over the direction that the Agile community has taken. In addition, some organizations are foregoing Agile, thinking that DevOps is a better paradigm. Is Agile in trouble? If so, how did this happen, and what can we do? In this talk, Cliff Berg will lay out what is wrong with Agile today. A followup talk by Lisa Cooney in the “Future” theme will explore some Agile 2 ideas and why those ideas are key to helping Agile to fulfill what was originally intended and secure Agile’s future.
