Challenging the Agile Manifesto
February 3 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm AEDT

20 years since the Agile Manifesto and what have we learned?
Tonight we come together and challenge the Agile Manifesto to see how well the principle stand up, and whether we need to evolve our thinking about the principles that underpin our practices.
We can see from our Covid experiences that our assumptions about face to face were ripe for the unpicking, but it isn’t as simple as remote = good or bad. Our discussions tonight are about thinking more deeply on these principles about how we might use and adapt them for our futures.
Format:
Revist the 12 Agile Manifesto Principles
Break out into teams and challenge the manifesto principles.
Come back and share.
We will break the group into small teams and cycle though the 12 principles in a series of small iterations. We will capture the notes and ideas on a Miro board.
At the end we will have a round up of the thinking and ideas.
Hosted by Craig Brown and Peter Lee.
