Agile is a Toolkit, it doesn’t have to be a Destination
February 17 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm GMT

Agile has crept into the wider sphere of business management and its meaning has broadened.
At one extreme, it’s simply a buzzword that indicates the ability to move quickly and easily. For those who are more purest, Agile does not apply unless every code change can be deployed to live in an instant using the latest automagic wizardry. Most real world projects fit somewhere between these two extremes. We see many of our clients push to ‘become’ Agile but are frustrated when held back by business and technical constraints that are hard to fix.
We’d like to share some stories of where we think clients have been too hard on themselves and similarly where clients ‘are’ Agile yet don’t achieve the benefit.
