February 25, 2021 By Anurag Shrivastava

As part of our PMI Netherlands Chapter participation in the Agile 20 celebration, this webinar is a great opportunity for chapter members to learn more about Creating Psychological Safety with Disciplined Agile: a Google Case Study.

Many organizations are currently facing increased levels of anxiety, depression, fear and stress caused by the uncertain world that we are living in.
So how can you create a mentally healthy environment in your organization with the psychological safety that employees require?

To gain some insight into how organizations and leaders are responding to this need, we will explore the 5 key elements that make teams great at Google.
We will also discuss four strategies from Disciplined Agile that you can immediately apply to enable psychological safety in your team.

Content:

Agile Transformation Agile20Reflect Festival

The truth is that Agile Transformation is an extremely complex journey, and despite the best strategy plans, a very number of transformations just fail. People and culture play an extremely pivotal role in any transformation, but leaders often focus a lot more on the technical and financial aspects and neglect the impact of the people side of change.
Through his presentation, Toby Rao will provide his insights on the 9 top factors that impede transformation success. He will also facilitate a discussion on the 4 drivers that define an organization’s culture. He will also share his Top 5 Organizational Change management Challenges pertaining to People and will provide pragmatic guidance on how to navigate through the typical challenges to improve your transformation journey.
This fun and interactive session will provide facts, guardrails, and tips to effectively manage the people side of change on Agile projects. It will also provide techniques to efficiently utilize simple changes that can bring the best ROI and impact on the transformation efforts. We look forward to having you join us!
