Grace is a Nigerian and lives in the city of Lagos, Nigeria. She has worked mostly as a Project Manager for close to five years in the housing sector. She started off working to deliver social housing in 2014, where Grace and her team successfully delivered a prototype of social housing in a State in Nigeria. They went on to record successes with some other states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, securing Lands without financial cost to the organisation, as one of their fundamental approaches to delivering social housing. She moved on at the end of 2015, away from social housing, focusing on all things leading to the production of sustainable housing; a housing approach focused on using sustainable materials in the housing production process. Being that power supply was and still is a major challenge in Nigeria, they focused on the use of solar as a major source of energy and an important theme in the design and construction of houses for their clients. Grace’s duties quickly changed overtime to Interfacing with investors, the government of states in Nigeria and clients.
Grace is a PMI certified project manager, with a Master of Science in project management and a first degree in urban and regional planning. The year 2020 has been a defining year for her, as it has allowed her to transit to the agile space. Her current focus is on all things agile and digital transformation.
