DESCRIPTION:Aprende algunos mecanismos para lograr una “escucha activa” del Agile Coach al brindar el acompañamiento a equipos ágiles. \nEn esta charla revisaremos\, desde el Psicoanálisis\, cómo el autoconocimiento\, la curiosidad y la gestión del “silencio” juegan un rol fundamental en todo Agile Coach. Invito a generar un espacio de colaboración y participación activa. \nPara ello invitaré a los participantes que puedan tener sus cámaras encendidas (en la medida de lo posible) y así conocernos e intercambiar ideas en relación a la labor del Agile Coach. La plataforma que usaremos será Zoom.
