Among here cases there are the Russian biggest internet company Yandex (7k employees)\, the Russian biggest telecom provider MTS (67k employees)\, Moscow City Government (near 10k employees). \nMarina has started with them from the very beginning of their Agile experience. \nDay 1 Preparations \nGoal setting\, research of the current situation\, planning strategy\, changes management\, agile cycle for the company changes. \nDay 2 Piloting \nPiloting 3 Agile teams in different parts of the company\, making decisions\, changing strategy. Changing organization structure to the crossfunctional teams.
