Everyone is being moved into teams but we are lagging behind on how to function in a team effectively. \nIn this talk\, Bryan shares some of his experiences as a minor hockey coach and how they helped him become a better Agile Coach. Working with overall strategy on teams\, improving communication\, and creating more effective practices\, Agile also help him become a better hockey coach.
